Simple truth. Isn't it?. So hard to grasp and make it real sometimes. Everything.... EVERYTHING, is useful. There's no waste of time, activity, feelings and emotions, actions, sentiments and thoughts. It all depends on how I use it. And I choose to use everything wisely. Even this broken bone.
