" Creativity simmers in the sweat lodge, in the exploration of uncertainty, in the sacrifice of the familiar. But it need not be heroic or dramatic. Creativity can occur in a conversation when the turbulence of questioning and exchange gives birth to a subtle, new understanding or a true way of expressing something..."
-Shared from Seven Life Lessons Of Chaos...
A conversation or a comment can open the doors to new understandings. They can create the conditions for changes and transformations. New ways of being and new courses of action. New ideas and thoughts to consider. Chaos and confusion are not bad at all. They are a necessary block to step in our way out or in...In our way up or down...Where there is chaos a new way will come through. A new organizing principle will come forth.
Some conversations are easier than others. On occasions what is said hurts because of the truth of the matter. Others are easier because everyone agrees on what is said. Yet, the tougher ones have the more potential for creativity because of the energy involved in attempting to make sense of what is said. Which at the end may transform in something totally new.
